• Individual and Group Therapy Sessions Students who require additional support will have access to confidential therapy sessions, either on a one-to-one basis or in small group sessions.

• Group Size: Each session will typically include 3 to 10 students. This group size ensures that every child has the opportunity to speak, receive attention, and feel heard, while also fostering a sense of community and peer support.
• Session Duration: Group sessions will last between 30 to 45 minutes. This duration is designed to ensure that students engage meaningfully without feeling overwhelmed or fatigued.
• What to expect: the programme will consist of weekly group or 1:1 sessions the focus on a variety of reflective activities, art based exercises, group sharing, creative play 

• Social Connection: Group sessions provide a unique opportunity for students to build social skills and form supportive relationships with their peers. They will learn that they are not alone in facing challenges, which can help reduce feelings of isolation.
• Shared Experiences: Students will be encouraged to share their feelings, struggles, and successes in a confidential and non-judgmental environment. This promotes empathy and understanding among participants, helping them realize that others may face similar challenges.
